Collins Bay Institution: Kingston, Ontario
This project was a new building within the walls of Collins Bay Institution. This building was a new maximum security facility. Our firm completed the supply and install of all mechanical services for the plumbing and HVAC. We subcontracted the control system, and Sprinkler system. Installation includes combi penal ware plumbing fixtures in each cell, security radiant panels in each cell, condensing boilers, make up air units, 30 ton A/C split, ERVs for cell ventilation, mechanical pipe and duct insulation, etc.
In addition, or firm completed the renovation of the front entrance of Collins Bay Institution. We provided new roof drains and HVAC.
